Dr. Celin is one of those unusual people who knew what they wanted to be very early in life. His decision to become an optometrist occurred in tenth grade. He visited with Dr. Joseph Perka while at North Allegheny High School and continued this communication through his University of Pittsburgh studies, as well as while he was at The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Celin joined the practice in 1984 after Drs. Perka and McCauley expanded their practice to Wexford.

Dr. Celin is a career-long member of the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society, The Pennsylvania Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. His membership at Shannopin Country Club allows him to pursue his golf hobby and he is an avid traveler.

Dr. Caitlin McCauley has been working in the field of vision care since tenth grade. When she told her father she had ideas about becoming an Optometrist, he immediately hired her as an optometric assistant and she’s been involved ever since.

She graduated from Mars High School and then became a rabid Buckeye fan. She did both her undergraduate and optometric studies at The Ohio State University where she graduated in the top 10 in her class. She had rotations through Ocular Disease and Contact Lenses and is our resident authority in Pediatric vision.
She married her high school sweetheart Tony, and they live in Gibsonia with their sons Henry and Charlie.

Dr. Lindsay McCauley started with McCauley, Celin and Associates in September of 2009. She hails from central Pennsylvania and entered Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Honors College as an Art Major. By the end of her freshman year she had met an attentive Nursing Major named Conor McCauley. While they were dating, Conor’s father urged her to consider Optometry as a career, and, as they say, the rest is history.
Lindsay had a stellar career at Pennsylvania College of Optometry and did rotations around the country in Eye Disease, Pediatric Vision and Vision Therapy, and Contact Lenses. She enjoys serving on the board of the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society. Lindsay and Conor live in Gibsonia with their sons Kai and Jack.
